Cleaning
Preparation is key.
At JAPP we believe the quality of the finish comes from the preparation at the start.
Priming
Before any towers are painted they are wire brushed and scraped to remove any peeling or flaking paint. Towers are then fungicidal washed.
This ensures the perfect base for primer to be applied.
Protective Coatings
We are experts in working at height as well as around high and low voltage power lines.
We use different paint systems depending on the client requirements
Quality Assurance
We are committed to achieving high quality finishes and have our own quality control procedures in place.
At each stage of work we carry out Q&A’s which ensures no work continues beyond that stage until it has passed a quality inspection
Repair & Maintenance
As part of our service , we repair and replace, damaged bars, anti climb devices, safety signs, step bolts and other equipment that needs maintenance or replacement.
